According to the National Institute for Health Research and the Lester Biomedical Research Center, fast-moving people run 100 miles per hour in a single mile per hour. On the other hand, slow-moving people can fill up 50 steps in one minute, depending on the speed of one or two miles per hour.
Walking speed and prolonged age
For this study researchers used data from about 4,75,000 people. In this study, it was found that there is a connection between walking speed and long life. The people who were used for data research included less, more general, and overweight people.
People with very low levels of chances of living low in age are less likely to live longer. This is 64 years for men and 71 years for females.
Heart Attack Hazards
It is worth mentioning that this is the first time research has taken place on fast yoga and age. Tom Yates, a Professor at Leicester University, said that our study will help people understand the significance of physical fitness in the case of longevity.
The risk of heart attack increases twice as fast as people walking in faster. Moreover, he said that we should encourage people to increase their lifespan by walking fast.
