Your heart is healthy if you Climbing 60 steps in a minute and takes more than a minute and a half can be a problem

 Welcome to mbctalk,

Researchers in Spain say that the condition of the heart can be known through CDs. Researchers say that if you climb 60 steps in one minute, it means that your heart is completely healthy.

A cardiologist at the University Hospital of Spain and the author of the study, Dr. Jesus Pateiro told the Health line website that the steps of the stairs are an easy way to check the condition of the heart.

If it takes you more than a minute and a half to climb 60 steps, it means that your heart is not completely healthy and you should consult a doctor.

The study, which surveyed 165 people, was presented at a meeting of scientists from the European Society of Cardiology. The meeting compared the testing of the exercises performed in the lab with this test. In a study of 165 people, to measure their metabolic equilibrium (MET), people were first asked to walk or run on a treadmill according to their exercise until they were tired.

The efficiency of 56 percent of the people was found to be irregular.

After a short rest, these people were asked to climb 60 steps quickly and their MET was re-measured. The MTE of a climber was 9 to 10 in less than 40 to 45 seconds. Participants took more than a minute and a half to climb the stairs, and their MET was less than 8. So compared to 32 per cent of those who climbed the stairs in less than a minute, 56 per cent took one and a half minutes to climb the stairs and their heart function was found to be irregular during exercise.
