According to the WHO, burnout is a syndrome that arises due to severe stress in the office, due to overloading of work. If it is not properly handled, the person reaches the burn-out stage.

This syndrome can be identified in three portions.

  1.  the excess energy and fatigue of the energy,
  2.  decreasing professional ability and quality,
  3.  keeping a mental distance from work, to keep a negative value about his work.

According to WHO's list of diseases, burnout is the only job and occupational illness. According to a survey conducted by 1000 people from Intuit Health, about 40 percent of people feel stress and fatigue due to work at least three times a week.

Burning out in the morning starts to feel tired, angry

The first symptom of the burn-out illness is experiencing less sleep and getting upset in the morning. Due to this illness, enthusiasm is also less affected. Focusing on the job becomes difficult.
At the same time, there is anger over small things and disputes arise. People get emotionally separated from friends and family because of this disease.
