Heart fitness

Nowadays life become faster and everybody runs behind in earning more money but without Healthy heart money becomes useless!
The heart is the vital organ of our body so its fitness is most important. 

Here I mention Some exercises that keep your heart healthy and feel young

Aerobic exercise ("cardio"): Running, jogging, and biking are some examples. You're moving fast enough to raise your heart rate and breath harder, but you should still be able to talk to someone while you're doing it. Otherwise, you are pushing too hard.


Heart fitness

If you have joint problems, choose a low-impact activity, like swimming or walking.

Stretching: You'll become more flexible if you do this a couple of times a week. Stretch after you've warmed up or finished exercising. Stretch gently -- it shouldn't hurt.

Strength training: You can use weights, resistance bands, or your own body weight for this. Do it 2-3 times a week. Let your muscles recover for a day between sessions.

Yoga: Yoga is a favorite example of heart fitness exercise. Take a deep breath hold it for a while and release it. Do it regularly for 5 to 10 minutes per day for a starter and then increase this exercise time.
